چکیده
Burn-related morbidity and mortality are usually caused by secondary infection long healing time. In these circumstances, the use of products that can accelerate enhance wound process is urgently needed. One breakthrough in therapy platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Platelet-rich autologous with a platelet concentration above normal value. This study literature review aiming to describe role PRP burn healing. has various mechanisms healing, such as increasing hemostasis, releasing growth factors, reepithelialization, inducing fibroblast proliferation extracellular matrix, promoting angiogenesis which increases rate addition, it also an antimicrobials effect. Previous studies have been done animal models humans prove efficacy Most revealed time increase quality So, using burns be very useful for patients reduce mortality.

متن کاملDevelopment of a cost-effective method for platelet-rich plasma (PRP) preparation for topical wound healing.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a volume of plasma fraction of autologous blood having platelet concentrations above baseline whole-blood values due to processing and concentration. PRP is used in various surgical fields to enhance soft-tissue and bone healing by delivering supra-physiological concentrations of autologous platelets at the site of tissue damage. These preparations may provide a go...
